Cancellation policy
At Priscilla's Pet Paradise, we want every purchase to be one you feel great about. Please review our cancellation policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at priscillaspetparadise@gmail.com. Orders cancelled before they have been processed or shipped will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, you are welcome to return it under our 30-Day Return Policy once it arrives. Please do not refuse delivery, as this may delay your refund.
Subscription & Recurring Orders
If you have placed a recurring or subscription-based order, you may cancel at any time before the next scheduled order date. Cancellations made after a recurring order has been processed and shipped will follow our standard return policy.
To cancel a subscription or recurring order, contact us at priscillaspetparadise@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your next scheduled order date.
Non-Cancellable Items
The following items are not eligible for cancellation once an order has been placed:
- Perishable goods (food, treats, and similar consumables)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Sale items and gift cards
How to Request a Cancellation

Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message. We typically respond within 1 business day.
Refunds on Approved Cancellations
Once a cancellation is approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your cancellation was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at priscillaspetparadise@gmail.com.
